LUNCH WITH OUR PROMISE HEART COACH PROGRAM WINNERS:

Talk about a Goddess circle of positive energy! These ladies are the epitome of keeping your promises to yourself. These are the winners of the Promise® Heart Coach Program and Anita from Indiana, Delinda from North Carolina and Jackie from Missouri all came to Los Angeles last week to meet me for a lunch where we laughed, shared wisdom, encouraged each other and made vision boards of what is important to us in the year ahead. I was so inspired by these women and encourage you to check back here for some of their advice and wisdom for anyone who is trying to change or improve their lives…and that's all of us, isn't it?

 

 

In addition to receiving life coaching from me, they are also being coached by nutritionist Melissa Ohlson and fitness guru Michael George. Currently, they are at week 7 in the program and each of them is losing weight, getting fit and lowering their cholesterol. Just for the record…we all had the grilled salmon for lunch!
