Provena St. Joseph Foundation's 24th Annual Charity Golf Classic to Support Leeza's Place

It’s nearly tee time and Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center Foundation is preparing to host its 24th Annual Charity Golf Classic. This Classic has raised more than 1.4 million dollars to help benefit the many services and programs that Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center offers.

The Charity Classic will be held on Monday, June 9, 2008 at Green Garden Country Club in Frankfort, IL. As a business partner of the Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center, we would like to extend you an invitation to participate in this exciting and celebrated event.

All funds generated from the 2008 Charity Classic will support Leeza’s Place at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. As a community based resource, Leeza’s Place offers programs and services to educate, empower, and energize both caregivers and those recently diagnosed with any memory disorders.
